Return Policy


Refunds

We are able to guarantee refunds on ALL purchases. If your package does not arrive within 30 business days (USA) or 60 days (International), you are automatically eligible for a refund on your purchase! While this does not usually occur, should it happen for any reason at all, we will cover you and help you out via support. In order to request further assistance, please email us with your order number and name. Please reach out for any questions you may have on your order, the status of it, and the location of your package.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items which arrive damaged can be returned or replaced by opening an inquiry through our email support team. If an item you received stops functioning or malfunctions, you are also eligible for a return or replacement for a grace period after receiving your item, to proceed please reach out to our email team.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@neyo-usa.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should first submit a request via email, then once acknowledged you will receive instructions for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order cancellation is possible within 3 days of purchase on non-customized products only, customized orders will have to go through the return process to receive a full refund.

Returns for Trials

With current regulations regarding the sale and use of health related products :
Our return policy lasts 1 week. If one week has gone by since your product arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Unfortunately after return of a product, the product must be disposed and recycled, as a used product cannot be offered for sale. 

Due to this condition, a recycling, credit card, and disposing fee for a total of 30% is charged on returned items from user trial periods. Please take note of this policy prior to purchase.

Our device is currently offered for $80.00 USD, a 30% fee of this would be about $24.00 USD.

If you make a purchase at sale price and decide to return your order, 30% of the price-at-time-of-purchase will be charged for the combined fees.

For most sales this sum is approximately $12.00 USD.

Returned items must pass inspection to receive refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
