How much is shipping and how long does average delivery take?
We offer FREE worldwide shipping to most countries. If you are not sure if we ship to your country, please visit our "Contact Us" page for more information. Please note, shipping times range between 5-10 days. Dispatch of your order can take 2-3 business days, in which you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Please be advised that delivery times vary and are based off your geographical location and your proximity to the nearest sorting center in your locale. Rural addresses may run to the maximum delivery time expected.
Why hasn't my tracking number updated?
If your tracking number hasn't updated, it is because your package is in the process of transfering locations.
If you enter your tracking number on this website , you will be shown the updated USPS number in the tracking information. Your tracking number will then update once your product arrives to your local USPS office, and an estimated delivery date will be available.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can email out customer support email and we will be more than happy to cancel your order for you. If your order has shipped, please reach out to us via email as well and inform our staff when you receive the package, so they can process a cancellation for you.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
This is often because our customers have accidentally entered their email or number wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including order confirmation and shipping notices.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Also make sure to filter your email by "All" emails, in case your email slipped through your spam folder.
